General Policies

By choosing to shop with Premier Arms™ or P.A. Jewelers, you accept the following terms & conditions.

Refund Policy

All firearm, NFA, knife, ammunition & jewelry sales are final. 30-day exchange on all other merchandise returned with original receipt in as-sold condition & intact packaging. All new merchandise is solely warranted through the manufacturer.

Layaway Policy

All layaways require a minimum of a 20% deposit & are held for 60-days. Layaways cancelled or not paid for & picked up within 60-days will be returned to inventory & all payments will be forfeited.

Special Order Policy

All special orders must be prepaid & cannot be canceled or returned. Any special order not picked up within 30-days from the date of receipt/customer notification will be resold & payment will be forfeited. There will be a 30% restocking fee for any denied background checks on special order firearms & NFA items.

Transfer/Sold Policy

Transfer fees are $40.00 per firearm & $100.00 per NFA item. Transferred firearms not picked up in 30-days of receipt/customer notification & NFA items not picked up within 30-days of approval/customer notification will be considered abandoned & sold. NFA items with transfers not started within 60-days of sale will be considered abandoned & sold. Transfer fees are still applicable on denied transactions & the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, as well as an additional $40.00 handling charge.


Due to the nature of the products Premier Arms™ sells; we cannot be held responsible for damages or injuries on-site or caused using such products. Please, practice safe shooting techniques.

P.A. Jewelers specific policies

P. A. Jewelers jewelry has been visually inspected, cleaned individually, and gives all evidence of lasting value and wearability. The prices are deeply discounted from new jewelry, and is reflective of the understood condition of the items. P. A. Jewelers jewelry is sold “as is” and, as with all fine jewelry, requires thoughtful wear. All jewelry purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


A limited warranty is available to the original purchaser with valid P. A. Jewelers receipt.

First 3 months after purchase:

  • Replacement of side stones if a setting defect is present
  • Loose stones not requiring prong work, including center or side stones
  • Broken shank if broken at sizing seam
  • Damage from defect in jewelry item, not due to normal wear and tear or accident

After 3 months:

  • We are happy to help with all of your repair needs after three months, or if the repair is not covered by the list above. Repair fees will apply, including the replacement cost of stones.


The P.A. Jewelers Limited Warranty does NOT cover the following items:

  • Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse. For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, broken, or worn out prongs, P. A. Jewelers is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping/replacement of the prongs.  If the jewelry was neglected and abused, the limited warranty becomes null and void.
  • If another jeweler performs any repair work or sizing on an item purchased from P. A. Jewelers, we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the limited warranty becomes null and void.
  • The loss of a center stone, such as a diamond, is not covered under the P. A. Jewelers Limited Warranty.  Center stone loss may be covered under your Homeowners Insurance policy.  Please note that a separate insurance rider may be required to fully cover all of your fine jewelry pieces. Please contact your insurance company for more information regarding your insurance policy limits and requirements.


To receive a repair cost estimate P. A. Jewelers will need to inspect your piece in person. We will contact you with a cost estimate for you to approve and/or submit to your insurance company, prior to making the repair.


All custom jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before the work begins. Every effort is made by P. A. Jewelers to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) so ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the customer’s complete satisfaction. If a custom jewelry piece is not picked up by the customer within 90 days of notice of completion, the item will be sold by P. A. Jewelers in order to recoup our costs.
