We are very excited to announce the first of many big changes for Premier Arms and P. A. Jewelers coming in 2025. Due to the major growth and demand for our customer-first, low pressure, comfortable jewelry sales experience, saving our customers up to 70% off every day, P. A. Jewelers is moving to a larger location. But don’t worry, we are not going far. We are moving out of the Premier Arms building and moving up front to the farmhouse, which will be the new home to P. A. Jewelers @ The Farmhouse! This move will give us a much larger showroom, expanded inventory and a dedicated jewelry sales staff all in the comforts of home. And with this move, Premier Arms will gain some much-needed showroom space in our building allowing us to offer our customers some great new shopping experiences that we will start announcing soon. But back to the new P. A. Jewelers @ The Farmhouse. We are now hiring.
Since starting P. A. Jewelers nearly 7 years ago we have seen a steady increase in our business. One of the great aspects that sets P. A. Jewelers apart is our customer-first fair pricing model. This customer-first pricing structure offers our customers fine jewelry and watches at a savings of up to 70% off when compared to other jewelry stores. In short, P. A. Jewelers puts our customers before profits in a low-pressure, comfortable sales environment.
P. A. Jewelers now has openings for full-time management as well as full-time and part-time sales positions. We are looking for individuals that are self-motivated, have a positive attitude, an attention to detail, are willing to learn new things, work well with others, provide exceptional customer service & will always work to insure we exceed our customer’s expectations. We are looking for individuals with basic jewelry knowledge/interest and availability to work on a schedule that includes Saturdays. Being a people person is a must.
P. A. Jewelers offers a fun & professional work environment, and we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals with some, or all, of the following skills & experience:
Retail sales/customer service experience
Management experience in a retail environment
Jewelry sales experience
Jewelry interest & knowledge
Buying of jewelry & related items
Compensation will be negotiated based on experience and will include a bonus based on business growth. Compensation also includes a generous employee purchase discount program. Standard workday includes paid lunch time. A management-level position will be a salaried position, to include accrued personal time off. P. A. Jewelers utilizes a payroll service which includes a digital timecard and bi-weekly direct deposit. Full details will be provided at the interview.
Initial hours of operation will be Tues-Fri 10-6 and Sat 10-5. P. A. Jewelers is an EOE, workers compensation insured & drug free workplace. All new hires will be subject to a background check.
